During the months of January, February, March and November you can enjoy a spectacular Brympton House wedding at a fraction of the venue hire cost

The fee allows you to enjoy exclusive use of the venue from midday until midnight with our signature Honeymoon Suite exclusively yours for your wedding night.
You can book additional guest accommodation onsite - with a double ensuite costing from £99.
On top of this you would add the food and drink costs for your guests. You can select from our standard supplier menus or opt for the specially discounted Low Season Wedding menu at £40pp. The Low Season Wedding Breakfast menu is only available during the months of January, February, March and November.

Beetroot cured salmon with crisp green leaf and a honey and balsamic dressing
Broccoli and stilton soup (v)
Sharing platter – mixed meats, hummus, guacamole, marinated olives, tortilla chips and breads
Potted chicken liver pate with whiskey
Corn fed breast of chicken served on root mash with carrots and a mushroom and madeira sauce
Duck breast with a port and redcurrant sauce served with creamy cheddar mash and watercress
Salmon with a pesto cream sauce served with roasted baby new potatoes
Cod loin with a lobster and chickpea bisque
Beef bourguignon with button mushrooms and bacon
Butternut squash risotto (v)
Chocolate torte served with lemon sorbet
Classic lemon meringue pie served with single pouring cream
Open apple tart served with crème anglaise
Gingerbread cheesecake served with single pouring cream
